Two domain experts with complementary skills – banking depth and digital learning excellence – who built FinThots to fill a gap they experienced firsthand.
Manish leads FinThots' Training & Functional Division. An MBA graduate from IIM Calcutta (Class of 2009), he brings over 26 years of banking and consulting experience, having worked with State Bank Group, Punjab National Bank, and Axis Bank. His expertise spans the entire credit lifecycle – from customer acquisition and product assessment to risk management and early warning signals.
This deep understanding of ground realities enables him to develop learning solutions that address real-world banking scenarios – not textbook scenarios. Manish has personally trained over 25,000 banking professionals across India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and the Middle East, and regularly consults lending organisations on credit process improvement, credit automation, and risk management. He lives in Mumbai.
Sangeeta leads FinThots' Digital Learning Division, bringing a unique blend of HR expertise and financial acumen to learning design. An MBA graduate from the Goa Institute of Management with dual specialization in Human Resources and Finance, her professional journey began at Kotak Mahindra Bank's Corporate HR division, where she managed complex projects on pre-trained mass talent absorption for frontline roles.
At FinThots, Sangeeta has spearheaded the creation of over 200 hours of high-quality eLearning content, training more than 100,000 BFSI professionals across multiple geographies. Her people-first approach, combined with a business perspective and a strong understanding of design, ensures that every digital learning solution enhances capability while delivering measurable organisational impact.
